Process & Shipping
Processing times are estimated and may vary depending on order volume, holidays, or material availability.
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for:
- Shipping carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
Customers are responsible for tracking their packages and contacting the shipping carrier for delivery issues.
Custom Orders
By approving mockups, designs, spelling, colors, sizes, or customization details, the customer accepts full responsibility for the final product selections.
