Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or text (if provided at checkout).

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, weather, or holidays. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will assist where possible.
