Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are shipped with tracking so you can follow your package from the time it leaves our shop until it arrives at your door.
If you are located outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us before purchasing so we can check shipping availability and rates for your location.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Please note that shipping time does not include processing time. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text (if provided at checkout). You can use that tracking number to follow your package directly on the shipping carrier's website.
If you did not receive tracking information or need help finding your order, please contact us with your name and order number, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Custom Orders & Personalization
Do You offer custom designs?
Yes! We specialize in custom designs. You can request names, themes, colors, characters, and special wording to make your item unique.
We can literally create almost any theme or character item you want, just send your idea and we'll bring it to life.
Can I send inspiration photos for my order?
Yes, inspiration photos are welcome and help us bring your idea to life. Please note we do not copy exact copyrighted designs but will create something similar in style.
Will I see a proof before my custom item is made?
Proofs may be sent for approval depending on the design. If proof is provided, we recommend reviewing it carefully before approving to avoid delays.
Orders, Payments & Policies
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards and any payment options offered at checkout on our website.
When is payment required?
Full payment is required at the time of ordering in order to begin processing your custom item.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be changed or canceled within 1 hour of purchase, before production begins. After that, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
