At Allyson's Custom Creations, every item is handmade/customized with care. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order. 

Custom & Personalized Orders
Due to the custom nature of our products, all personalized and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless there is an error on our part. 

This includes:

• Custom birthday outfits
• Personalized clothing
• Name items
• Made-to-order products
• Special request designs
  

Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a mistake made by us, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• A description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement, shop credit, or refund if applicable.

Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After this timeframe materials and production may already be started, and cancellations will no longer be accepted. 

Please double check all sizing, customization details, and shipping information before placing your order. 

We are not responsible for;

• Shipping delays
• Lost or stolen packages
• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
